GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. प्रत्युत्तर सं० 4 की ओर से विद्वान अधिवक्ता श्री सैफ अली द्वारा वकालतनामा दाखिल किया गया, इसे पत्रावली पर रखा जाय। याचीगण के विद्वान अधिवक्ता, प्रत्युत्तर सं० 4 के विद्वान अधिवक्ता व विद्वान स्थायी अधिवक्ता को सुना एवं पत्रावली का परिशीलन किया। विद्वान स्थायी अधिवक्ता का कथन है इस प्रश्नगत प्रकरण मु०अ०सं० 728/2026, धारा 87/351(2) बी.एन.एस., थाना क्वार्सी, जनपद अलीगढ़ में पंजीकृत हो चुकी है। इसलिए, यह याचिका पोषणीय नहीं है तथा निरस्त किये जाने योग्य है। तद्नुसार, उपरोक्त तर्कोंं के परिप्रेक्ष्य में इस याचिका को निरस्त किया जाता है। September 9, 2026 CP.sahani Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Lalita Sahu, Sonu Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
