ORDER
27.02.2020: Having heard learned counsel for the Appellant and being satisfied of the reasons assigned, delay in preferring the appeal is condoned. I. A. No. 908 of 2020 stands disposed of. Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to assail the order passed on consideration of the application under Section 9 i.e. in the event of its application under Section 9 being rejected. Same is allowed. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
