ORDER
28.02.2020: There is no representation on behalf of Appellant even today. The appeal had been adjourned on previous date of hearing awaiting the Appellant who did not enter the appearance on that date of hearing. Thus, we are left with no option but to dismiss the appeal for default. The appeal is accordingly dismissed for default. The interim direction regarding keeping the Corporate Debtor a going concern stands vacated.
