ORDER
26.02.2020: After arguing for a while, the learned Counsel for the Appellant sought to withdraw the Appeal.
Since, the Company Petition is stated to be still pending consideration before the learned Adjudicating Authority and the Appellants’ claim as ‘Operational Creditors’, is stated to have been partially allowed by CoC the Appellants have no cause to agitate at this stage.
