26.02.2020: There is no representation on behalf of the Appellant.
Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that he has accepted the claim of the Appellant and all payments due, in respect whereof application under Section 9 of Insolvency Bankruptcy Code, 2016 was filed for initiating CIRP, have been paid.
