O R D E R
25.02.2020 This Appeal has been filed by the erstwhile Resolution Professional making grievances regarding payment of fees.
The learned counsel for the Appellant Mr. Rahul Kumar, Advocate now on instructions states that he has instructions to withdraw the Appeal but makes a request that balance amount as directed by the Adjudicating Authority should be paid in a time bound manner by the Corporate Debtor.
We disposed the Appeal as withdrawn with liberty to the Appellant to make a request to the Adjudicating authority to give further directions and fixing time for the Corporate Debtor to comply with the impugned order. The Appeal is disposed accordingly.
