GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा एवं िव्षान अपर शासकीय अिधव्वा उपिस्थत हैं। आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा ने न्यायालय को यह अवगत कराया िक वह इस से धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस आवेदन प्ऴ पर बल देना नहीं चाहते हैं एवं इसे वापस लेना चाहते हैं। आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा के इस अि्षम जमानत पर बल न देने और वापस लेने के कारण यह से धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस आवेदन प्ऴ िनष््ऺभावी हो जाने के कारण यह से धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस आवेदन प्ऴ को िनरस्त िकया जाता है। May 6, 2026 S.Mishra Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, Shivakant Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
