24.02.2020 Even after calling the matter for the second time at 1.15 P.M. There is no representation on behalf of the Appellant and the Respondent.Earlier on 20.02.2020, there is no representation on the side of Appellant and hence the matter is directed to be listed on 24.02.2020. In spite the fact that there is no representation on the side of the Appellant at today at 1.15 P.M. this tribunal is dismisses the appeal for non diligent prosecution, but without cost.
