ORDER

Apparently, this Appeal is filed challenging the impugned order, which came to be passed on the application of Respondent No.1 herein filed under Section 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Since the Respondent No.1 herein has withdrawn the said application before the Respondent-Commission, nothing remains for consideration. Accordingly, the instant Appeal No. 90 of 2017 is disposed of as infructuous.
