ORDER :
1. Urgency application has worked for itself. Misc. Application No. 916 of 2026 is disposed of accordingly.
2. Admit.
3. Respondent is allowed six weeks to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.
4. Learned advocate for the appellants submits that the issue involved in this appeal is ‘in-principle’ similar to Appeal No. 296 of 2026 and prays that the respondent may be restrained from selling the property in question.
