1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and Sri Rudra Pratap Pal, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of complainant. The Vakalatnama is taken on record.
2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.119 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 87 of BNS and Section 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Katra Bajar, District Gonda.
3. In terms of the FIR, allegations were levelled that the daughter of the informant aged about 15 years was enticed by some unknown person. Subsequently, in the statements, the victim did not support the prosecution and stated that she had gone on motorcycle to Prayagraj and thereafter to Tamilnadu and had also married. The tentative age of the victim is around 15 years. There is no definite document with regard to the exact age of the victim.
4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer.

Considering the two statements of the victim not supporting the prosecution and the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and is languishing in jail since 17.08.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
