1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to restrain them from performing his duties on the post of Nursing Staff with opposite party No.3 till availability of regularly selected candidate through UPPSC as provided under Government Order dated 27.10.2017.
3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. The Principal, Rajkiya Shree Durgaji Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Chandeshwar, Azamgarh, - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
