1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioners' case for compassionate transfer in light of Government Order dated 06.03.2025.
3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation(s) before opposite party No.2 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police (Karmik), D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within period of three weeks from receipt of fresh representation(s) along with a certified copy of this order before the said authority.
