1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite parties to sanction and pay the family pension and other post retiral dues in favor of the petitioner on account of death of her husband who died during service within time bound manner as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to make payment of arrears of salary as well as other retiral due of the husband of the petitioner like gratuity, group insurance, GPF and other service benefits which was required to be paid to the husband of the petitioner during his service period within such time frame which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper."
3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before concerned authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
