Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Executive Engineer, Nalkoop, 1st Division, Sitapur. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anand Pal Singh, Manoj Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
