1. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the impugned order under challenge dated November 27, 2025 has been withdrawn by the authority concerned and a fresh show cause notice has been issued on December 16, 2025.
2. In light of the same, no further cause of action remains in the present writ petition.
