1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, upon reconsideration, submits that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition for the self same cause of action before the appropriate Court having jurisdiction to entertain the particular matter.
2. In light of the submission made above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
