1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of State-respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.

2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with.

This petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- "i) To issue the writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 to execute the Recovery Certificate dated 13.06.2024 issued in pursuance to the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by Hon'ble RERA, Lucknow in complaint no.LKO162/08/99092/2022 (Shobhit Srivastava vs M/s Vasundhara Lotus Infratech Pvt. Ltd.) (Annexure No.2)."

This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Lucknow to take necessary steps for compliance with the Recovery Certificate dated 13.06.2024 within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no other legal impediment.
