1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "i. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioner from Bijnor to Saharanpur i.e. home district of the petitioner within stipulated time frame."
3. It is submitted the petitioner's superannuation is within two years and therefore he is covered by paragraph - 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025.
4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same, in light of Government Order dated 06.05.2025, in case same is applicable, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
