1. Heard Sri Suyash Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. To which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A.
3. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
