1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties immediately revised and released petitioner's pension at the actual rate of Rs. 62,200/- per month alongwith the arrears from 01.07.2023 till date.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to correct the PPO as per revised pay fixation and salary verification report."
3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before concerned authority.
