1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed challenging notice dated 19th November 2025 pertaining to adjustment of pay scale of petitioner on the allegation that excess payment has been made to him.
3. From the record, it appears that the impugned order is in fact in the nature of a notice issued to petitioner to show cause why such re- determination of salary should not be made.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that reply to the notice has already been submitted.
5. In view thereof, the concerned authority is directed to pass appropriate orders considering reply submitted by petitioner.
