1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief:- "I. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no 2 and 3 to provide promotional avenue for the petitioners who are working on the post of Dresser in the Department of Animal Husbandry."
3. It is submitted that petitioners come within the zone of consideration and are qualified for the said post.
4. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
5. With aforesaid direction(s), the petition is finally disposed of.
