1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.1 to issue the appropriate orders for grant of the pay band of Rs.5200- 20200 with grade pay of Rs.2000/- to the post of Laboratory Assistants w.e.f. the date, the said pay band of Rs.5200- 20200 with grade of pay of Rs. 2000/- has been granted to the post of Junior Assistant. And/or in alternative Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 04.10.2025 contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition."

Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file individual fresh representations before opposite party no.1 i.e. State of U.P. through its Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Department of Basic Education, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow - or any other competent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vinod Kumar Shukla, Alok Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Arun Shukla And 8 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy./Prin. Secy., Deptt. Basic Education Lko. And 9 Others .....Respondent(s)
authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
