Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 29.10.2025 passed by Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow wherein the petitioner challenged the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Payagpur which was an interim order passed in favour of private respondents.
