1. Heard learned Counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing and commanding the opposite parties to correct date of the birth of the petitioner in his service record as 14.09.1970 at the place of 21.12.1965 expeditiously prior to alleged date of his retirement demonstrated as 30.12.2025 (duly contained as Annexure no.1 to the present petition).
3. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh representation before the authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
4. With aforesaid direction(s), the petition is finally disposed of.
