2. The present petition has been filed challenging order dated 05.12.2025 whereby petitioner's transfer to Ghaziabad on grounds of ill health of his father and grand father has been rejected.
3. From the material on record, it appears that petitioner had earlier also filed Writ A No.13301 of 2025 which was disposed of vide order dated 20.11.2025 directing authorities concerned to consider petitioner's grievance. It is in pursuance thereof that the impugned order has been passed rejecting her representation.

Medical records have been appended to the writ petition but do not indicate any such major ailment at present which would require consideration of petitioner's transfer as per his choice. However, liberty is granted to petitioner to agitate his cause in the next annual routine transfers for his option which shall be considered in accordance with law prior to his posting.
