1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
2. The present application has been with the following prayer:- "To direct learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Lucknow to decide S.T. No. 385 of 2013 (State of U.P. Vs. Annu @ Anurag Yadav & Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No. 381 of 2001 u/s 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1)(x) SC/ST Act, P.S. Madiyaon, Lucknow, expeditiously, within a stipulated period."
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that only prayer of the applicants is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicants.
5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Lucknow to decide the S.T. No. 385 of 2013 (State of U.P. Vs. Annu @ Anurag Yadav & Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No. 381 of 2001 u/s 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1)(x) SC/ST Act, P.S. Madiyaon, Lucknow, in accordance with law, expeditiously, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
