1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to provide the third ACP to the petitioner which is due from 20.03.2020, in the interest of justice."
