1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned state counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "(1) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion on the post of Sub-Inspector Armed Police/Platoon Commander in accordance with Uttar Pradesh Pradeshik Armed Constabulary Subordinate Officers Rule, 2015, within stipulated time framed by this Hon'ble Court."
3. Since petitioners' grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to make fresh individual representation before concerned authority. In case such representations are filed, the same are required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority in case there are any vacancies existing on the promotional post.
