1. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. states on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow dated 08.12.2025 that subsequent to the lodging of the F.I.R. No.0212 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 at Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow, Section 110 of the B.N.S., 2023 has been dropped and the charge sheet dated 14.10.2025 has been filed before the supervisory authority.
2. The aforesaid statement is record.
3. Upon the same being pointed out, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. December 18, 2025 S.
