1. This is an application for withdrawal of the present First Appeal in terms of the compromise and the order dated 13.11.2025 passed in an application made under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
2. We have gone through the affidavit which states sufficient reasons.
3. The present Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Interim order, if any, shall stand discharged.
