1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Counsel representing the Lucknow Development Authority, and Sri Rajnish Kumar Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5.
2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the E-auction Notice so far ti relate to Khasra No.548Sa and 548/1 situated at Village Bargawa, Ward Hind Nagar, Tehsil Sarojani Nagar, District Lucknow contained in as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition."
3. A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Lucknow Development Authority, which is taken on record.
4. It has been stated in the said short counter affidavit that Gata Nos.548Sa and 548/1 situated in Village Bargawa, Ward Hind Nagar, Tehsil Sarojani Nagar, District Lucknow, are not being affected in any manner on Auction of commercial plot CP-7A, which has not been carved out of such gatas and which have not been acquired by the Lucknow Development Authority.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly leaving it for the petitioner Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pramod Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ratnesh Chandra Ram Prakash Yadav And Ors. .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
