1. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that during investigation Section 324(4) and 3(5) of BNS and Section 30 of Arms Act have been added.
2. Faced with the above, Sri R.D. Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the remedy under the BNSS, 2023. To which there is no objection by learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the informant.
3. Dismissed accordingly as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
