At the very out set, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Pranaya Sheel Tiwari, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Chhapiya District- Gonda dated 14.12.2025 states that a final report has been submitted before the supervisory authority in the impugned First Information Report No. 420 dated22.11.2025. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
