1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and perused the record.
2. This application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Complaint case No.27495 of 2025 in pursuance of charge sheet no. 01 of 2025, dated 20.6.2025, summoning order dated 15.09.2025, arising out of case crime no.243 of 2024 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich (State vs. Enul Hassan @ Mizzan).
3. In pursuance of earlier order, Shri Ravi Kumar Yadav, Investigating Officer, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich is present before this court along with the complete case diary.
4. Shri Rajesh Kumar Shukla, S.I., P.S. Kotwali District Bahraich is present through Video Conferencing.
5. Shri Narain Dutt Mishra, Circle Officer of City Bahraich has tried to connect through Video Conferencing but he could not be connected due to some technical error.
6. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present petition.
7. The present application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
