1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing for the State- respondents.
2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to her under law.
3. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
