Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue appropriate remedies that may be available to him under law. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Considering the urgency as expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, certified copies of the Annexures-1, 10 & 11 be returned after retaining xerox copies of the same on record as per rules.
