1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State.
2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Avnish Kumar, Sub-Inspector Police Station Bheera, District Kheri dated 16.12.2025 states that a charge-sheet dated 01.12.2025 has been filed in the matter before the supervisory authority. Aforesaid statement is recorded.
3. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
