1. This application for condonation of delay has been filed alongwith the appeal filed against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 07.05.2010.
2. However, no explanation was given in the affidavit for certain period. Therefore, learned AGA sought time to file better affidavit, which was granted by means of the order dated 04.10.2010 but till date the affidavit has not been filed despite the time again sought on 02.11.2016.
3. In view of above, this application for condonation of delay is dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 04.10.2010 and insufficient explanation. Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed.
