Recall Application No.IA/31/ of 2025 Heard on the application for recall/restoration. Cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of the recall/restoration application is sufficient to the satisfaction of the Court. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The order dated 14.08.2025, is recalled. The appeal is restored to its original number. Order on Appeal Heard learned counsel for the parties. It is informed to the Court that the parties have settled the matter and the compromise entered between the parties has also been filed before this Court along with an application dated 21.11.2025.
