1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition her been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District-Azamgarh to Bareilly Zone or Agra Zone or Comissionerate, Gautambudh Nagar, on the ground of ailment i.e. - Adenomyosis and Chronic Cervicitis disease in Uterus and Mild hepatomegaly disease in Liver; of his wife."

Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh, District-Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same, in light of medical certificates of his wife, sympathetically, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
