1. List has been revised. None appears on behalf of petitioner while learned State counsel has been appeared on behalf of opposite party no.1, 2 & 3. 1A. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.4 stand dispensed with.
2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's application for compassionate appointment in terms of Uttar Pradesh Recruitment of Dependents of Government Servant Dying in Harness Rules 1974 since petitioner's father late Ram Kumar passed away in harness on 21.05.2025.
3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before concerned authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided after affording opportunity of hearing to all the heirs of late Ram Kumar within a period of eight weeks from the date Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Jay Kumar Soni, Ashok Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
