In this regard, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrawasti has sent its report dated 11.12.2025, annexing therewith the statements of Sub Inspector Mandeep Yadav (CW-1), village Pradhan Ramdeen (CW- 2), Keshari (CW-3) and Vikram (CW-4) as well as death report of the sole appellant-Smt.
