HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. - 439 of 2019 National Lok Adalat HON'BLE SAURABH LAVANIA, J. This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. The appellant will get Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) in addition to awarded amount which was already paid, full & final satisfaction of their his from the respondent No. 1. The respondent No. 1 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and amount if any deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.
