1. Sri Ranvijay Singh, learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the mediation was successful, as per the report dated 07.03.2025, the parties have settled their dispute amicably. Considering the same and the evidence collected during investigation, the Final Report in the matter was forwarded on 21.03.2025, therefore this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by Ms. Shivangi Kapoor, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sanat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Amrita Singh,Advocate holding brief of Sri Brijesh Singh Vishen, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.
