1. याचिकार्ता के विद्वाान अधिवक्ताा श्रीी मधुसूदन श्रीीवास्ततव तथा विपक्षीी संख्याया 13 राष्ट्रीीय ताप विद्युुत निगम के विद्वाान अधिवक्ताा श्रीी अतुल कुमार द्विवेदी को सुना तथा पत्राावली का अवलोकन किया।
2. इस प्राार्थना पत्र द्वाारा याचिकाकर्ता ने विपक्षीी संख्याया 3 से 12 के साथ हुए समझौते के आलोक में याचिका निस्तातारित करने का अनुरोध किया है।
3. समझौता अनुबंध दिनांक 12.09.2025 की प्रति प्राार्थना पत्र के साथ संलग्नन है, जिसके अन्ततर्गत याचिकाकर्ता ने दो किश्तों में रु०3,75,000/- दिनांक 12.09.2025 को एवं रु०3,75,000/- दिनांक 16.10.2025 को अदा कर दिए हैं।
