1. इस जनिहत यािचका ्षारा यािचकाकतार् ने भूिम गाटा संख्या 797 ्षे्ऴ फल 0.016 हे० िस्थत ्ष ाम नरायनपुर मदर्न, परगना ग्वािरच, तहसील करनैलगंज, जनपद गोण्डा, जो चकमागर् है पर से अित्वमण हटाये जाने का िनदरॏश िदये जाने का अनुरोध िकया है।
2. राज्य सरकार के िव्षान स्थायी अिधव्वा ्शी धीरज ओझा एवं गांवसभा के िव्षान स्थायी अिधव्वा ्शी पंकज गुप्ता की ओर से उपिस्थत िव्षान अिधव्वा ्शी मो० तािलब खान न कहा िक उपरो्व गाटा भूिमधरी के रूप में अंिकत है तथा यह लोकोपयोगी भूिम नहीं है। इस कारण से जनिहत यािचका पोषणीय नहीं है।
