1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondent No.2 and Shri Kuldeep Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 & 3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to him.
