1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioners despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM.
2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No. 0097 of 2025, under Sections 64, 333, 351(3), 352, 115(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sujauli , District Bahraich.
3. Learned AGA on the basis of averment contained in para 13 of the counter affidavit, which has been filed today, states that a final report dated 28.10.2025 has been submitted in the matter before the supervisory authority.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
